Well a new year has begun and one month has already passed. I am glad to announce that I will be moving to Hawaii! I am very excited to say the least. I have wanted the job that I was offered for a while now and I finally have the opportunity to do it. I’m still in school working towards a degree in Computer Science and Information Technology. Add that to being a single mother and I tell you it is not an easy task by far. However, at the end of each day I am thankful for the people placed in my life that help me get through the rough patches and give me insight to make it to the next level. 2007 is full of goals. I almost thought my Christmas list wasn’t going to be fulfilled, but as things tend to work out the last thing I asked for did come to pass. (More to follow in a later blog). There will be new poetry soon. I hope to begin work on my novel in the spring. I feel that the story I tell will outlive me and make my family proud.
